We will register your queries and contact you with relevant answers or further request clarifications on your queries. Please note that in certain cases we may ask for additional information in order to properly identify your situation.

If you apply to work with Agrimatco and your application is unsuccessful, we will retain the personal data collected for this purpose for a period of 3 months from the date of filling of the position you have applied for. If you have explicitly consented to this, we will retain the personal data collected as part of your job application for a period of 2 years, to notify you of any job vacancies of similar positions with Agrimatco within this period.

Please note that the CV you send us must not contain sensitive data regarding racial or ethnic origin, political affiliations, philosophical and/or religious beliefs or trade union memberships.

This data will only be stored for the duration of the contract / receivable as well as during the applicability the statutory retention periods according to contract and financial legal obligations. Note that the retention period may change in cases of enforcement claims for the receivable, fraud investigations, disputes or other legal proceedings.

  • Rectification of data: If you notice that we hold incorrect personal data, you can ask us at any time to rectify personal data concerning you. We make reasonable efforts to keep personal data accurate, complete and relevant, based on the latest information available to us.
